When the boards are put down again, the corners of the boards are downward and there is a gravitational acceleration, forming a strong impact force that hits the board surface, causing scratches on the board surface and exposing the substrate.
6. The production board was scratched while passing through the leveling machine:
a、 The baffle of the grinding machine sometimes comes into contact with the surface of the board, and the edge of the baffle is generally uneven with protruding sharp objects. When passing through the board, the surface of the board is scratched;
b、 Stainless steel transmission shaft, due to damage into a pointed object, scratches the copper surface and exposes the substrate when passing through the plate.
