1. Half maintenance:

⑵ Observe whether there are traces of high temperature on the electronic components in the circuit, and whether there is leakage in the electrolytic capacitor. If there is, replace it.

2. Annual maintenance:

⑴ Clean the dust on the circuit board.

⑵ Conduct random checks on the capacity of electrolytic capacitors in the circuit board. If the capacity of the electrolytic capacitors is found to be less than 20% of the nominal capacity, they should be replaced. Generally, electrolytic capacitors should be replaced after about ten years of operation to ensure the operational performance of the circuit board.

For high-power equipment coated with heat dissipation silicone grease, it is necessary to check whether the heat dissipation silicone grease is dry and solid. For dry and solid heat dissipation silicone grease, it should be removed and new heat dissipation silicone grease should be applied to avoid the high-power equipment in the circuit board from being burned out due to poor heat dissipation.
