2. Shape. Usually, choosing a rectangle can effectively save the substrate, and there should be sufficient available margins near the edges. Sharp interior angles may cause the board to tear. Therefore, the width and distance of FPC wires should be reduced, and the transition should be as smooth as possible. Sharp corners will naturally accumulate stress and cause lead failure.

3. Flexibility: The flexibility of rigid circuit boards cannot be compared to flexible circuit boards. For a large number of tortuous cycles, flexible circuit boards have better performance.
